What is the maximum number of people allowed in the villa?

The villa holds 16 people in 7 bedrooms comfortably. As we are licensed for up to 16, you will be able request hotel grade rollaway beds to sleep the 2 extra people. We can supply a cot/crib if required for a small charge of $40/£25 per week.

Are smoking or pets allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the villa which is fitted with smoke detectors which are linked to our security company. No pets are allowed.

How far away are the main attractions?

The villa is only 4 miles (10 minutes) from Walt Disney World theme parks. Sea World is 20 minutes away and Universal 30 minutes. This is one of the major reasons this is such a sought after area. After a long day at the Parks you can get the children home and into bed in a matter of minutes!

Which direction does the pool face?

The villa has a South facing pool/spa so you’ll have the sun all day at what ever time of year. The large lanai offers shade if required.

Does the pool back on to other properties/walls etc.?

The villa backs onto unrestricted and idealistic views over a lake and woodland.

How do we locate/enter the property?

Directions and keypad entry code will be sent to you once your final balance has cleared, typically 4-6 weeks prior to arrival.

Will we have to bring bed linen/towels etc.?

The villa is fully equipped for all your likely holiday requirements. Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. A small initial supply of washing powder/dish washer powder/toilet rolls etc. are provided which you will have to top-up as required.

Do you have any facilities for small children?

The villa is well equipped for small children. The villa comes complete with a highchair, buggy/stroller as well as having a fully fitted safety gate to the pool to prevent children venturing out to the pool un-detected. We can even provide a baby listening monitor and stairgate. Cots and car seat are available from our management company for a small charge.

What entertainment is provided?

There is plenty to keep everyone entertained. For children there is a Playstation 2 with numerous games, Large screen TV in the lounge all bedrooms have TVs and Dvds TV/DVDs and a large selection of DVD’s for all the family. Additionally for both adults and children, there is a fully equipped games room.

Is the pool heated?

The pool can be heated (by agreement) for additional cost as indicated on the booking form. We would recommend pool heat from October through to April. The pool is heated to the maximum temperature allowed under Florida law (85 degrees) by Gas Heating.

Are there stores/restaurants near by?

Within a 3 minute drive there is a large Walmart supermarket, Pharmacy. Photoshop, ATM and much more. The villa is minutes from US192 which has a wide variety of restaurants and stores. The Premium Outlet Mall is only 10 minutes away and houses many designer label stores (including: Nike, Timberland, Adidas, Versace, Armani etc etc.). In addition there is a wide variety of stores on Highway 192.

Are there any medical services nearby?

Hopefully you will not need this, but for peace of mind there is a walk in medical centre at the Formosa Shopping Centre 2 minutes away which is beside a drug store (Wal-greens).

What services are provided?

The house is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and the pool and garden are tended to weekly.
