We stayed at this villa for two weeks in April and it was absolutely perfect. Lynne and Derek told us how nice the villa was which was marvellous but it just doesn't do justice to the accomodation. My mother-in-law still can't get over the fact they had use of the master bedroom for her stay - she has told all her friends about it! As for us, I have already recommended Derek and Lynnes villa to somebody who was looking for a property within easy reach of Disneyworld. We would love to re-visit, it is a real home from home. The location is ideal both from the point of view of its situation on the lake and also its proximity to the parks. If you are considering renting this villa stop thinking about it and do it!

Derek & Lynne, Our family had a wonderful time at Tinkerbell’s Retreat. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool after a long day at Disney. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The cleaning service had the place looking great when we got there. The ride over to Disney was quick and easy. The grocery stores were right around the corner. I would check out the clothes dryer. Anyone looking to visit Florida should put this villa at the top of their list. We thought it was exceptional and in a fabulous location for the Disney parks. Mr. Picton, Our family had a most wonderful vacation while staying in Tinkerbell’s retreat, your holiday home. The house was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the soft linens and there were plenty of towels which came in handy as the children were in the pool every single evening. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners at the home and we took advantage of both of the large eating areas along with the lanai. I was very impressed with Emerald Island Resort; the area was clean, secure, and very quiet and our time spent there was quite relaxing. The home was also conveniently located to all parks, especially Disney, and travel to and from was a breeze. We will definitely be contacting you in the future when booking our next vacation to Florida.

What a wonderful home to use while visiting Disney World and all the area attractions. We were a large group (3 moms and 7 kids) and the house was PERFECT! Hi Derek We had a great holiday and the house was wonderful. We particularly enjoyed the view from the back of the house which it is evident many of the houses don't have. We all spent part of most afternoons in the pool as a rest from Disney. We were able to put the fence up at night round the pool and therefore had no worries about the safety of the children in the morning. Hi Derek and Lynne We have now returned from your lovely home in Orlando. It was perfect for us, a party of two brothers' families comprising one with 3 teenage boys and an 11 yr old girl and one with two teenage girls, a tricky combination but the sleeping arrangements were flexible enough to accommodate us all and the pool was fantastic for the kids on return from the theme parks - with plenty of towels for all - you know what teenagers are like! The nearby club house added extra entertainment so that even though the house is in such a peaceful area they were never in danger of being 'bored teenagers' and the mums and dads could relax in the Tiki bar without having to worry about driving home! Finally, the position of the house on the edge of the lake is wonderful and very peaceful - apart from one morning when we were awoken by a particularly noisy crane (feathered variety) - an amazing experience for us especially when it started to 'talk' to one of my sons! Thanks!

Derek, thanks for your email re our holiday: We were delighted with the Villa and the high standards of the furniture and facilities and we would certainly use again if we have a large family get together again. We loved Tinkerbells retreat and its situation. The children had a ball the object of the exercise and thought the swimming pool great. Very easy access to Disney and all attractions. We were particularly impressed with the friendly ,prompt and efficient way you dealt with our many queries. Your Management Company were on the ball with a problem which arose on arrival in that the Toaster was faulty as was a kettle( apparently our American cousins are not used to electric kettles and put in on the hob!!) . I telephoned the Management company and she arrived within a few hours with a replacement for both items.

Derek: We absolutely loved staying at Tinkerbells retreat. In the past, we had always stayed "On property" so we were nervous about staying off property. Now, we will never stay on property again. It was fabulous to have all the room to spread out. The kids (and adults) loved being able to swim and play games. This house is the prefect place to stay if you are visiting Disney and surrounding area. The house itself was wonderful. Everything we needed was there. It was a very short drive to get to Disney and we think it was quicker sometimes than taking a shuttle from a hotel. We enjoyed it and will recommend it to anyone we know going to Disney. Of course feel free to edit and publish what ever you like. Right now, my wife's in-laws are planning a family trip and want to stay in your house and only your house since it was so perfect.

My biggest concern was whether the villa would be as it is advertised online. Well, needless to say it was and more. In my opinion, it is exactly the way it was layed out on the internet. To begin with the directions – which was on target, then when we opened the door….we all just dropped our bags and said Wow!
